Destia (formerly known as Finnish Road Enterprise) launched its commercial TMC-service at the beginning of 2007. The coverage of the service is roads 1-999 and some bigger city areas. This covers the whole country. There is no public TMC service in Finland any more. TMC messages are broadcast in encrypted mode. Destia uses full encryption according to the TMC Forum standard.
